(Important notice)

Note that your registration until August 20 promises the assured seat reservation for the banquet. The seat number of the banquet is limited, thus the organizing commitee cannot guarantee your seat at the banquet if you make your registration after August 20.

Meguro Gajoen is one of Japanese traditional Hotel in Tokyo, which was established in early Showa era (about 80 years ago). There are gorgeous historied building, Japanese garden and much precious artistic handicraft articles. Many beautiful pictures of flowers and birds are painted on the walls and the ceilings. Without going to museum, you can enjoy a lot of magnificent arts and wooden sculptures in this hotel. The cartoonist of the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature, "Spirited Away" was influenced by the arts of this hotel. You will see some of the images of the film here.
The founder started his business as a high-class Japanese restaurant and it has been in existence for about 80years since then. The dinner which united traditional technique and modern sensitivity, will be offered. Please make yourself comfortable at home.

Fee:

• You are registrant in "Student" category, so you are to be charged one banquet fee of 10,000 JPY if you are going to attend the banquet, because "Student" registration excludes any banquet fee.
• The banquet ticket for your accompanying person(s) is 10,000 JPY per person if he / she needs his / her independent meal serving.
