Designated institute are IEEJ, IEEE, CIGRE, CES, KIEEME, KIEE, IEEDJ, IEIEJ.
Conference fee will be 70,000 JPY for the member of designated institutes, 80,000 JPY for non-member of these institutes, and 20,000 JPY for the student.
The CMD is a participatory Conference, and you, or a coauthor, are strongly required to present the paper at the Conference in order to ensure that the presented papers can be well discussed. The number of papers presented by one registrant is limited ONLY ONE in the oral sessions, and at most THREE in the poster sessions.
From this reason, the corresponding authors are required to pay "Publication fee" at the paper submission (not at the abstract submission) as a deposit of the registration fee in a sense.
Amount of the publication fee:
The publication fee must be paid at the time of submission.
Maximum page number of one manuscript is 4 pages basically, however, you are allowed to prepare your manuscript with 6 pages or less.
The amout of the publication fee is 10,000 JPY for one manuscript with 4 pages or less, 20,000 JPY for one manuscript with 5 pages, and 30,000 JPY with 6 pages for one manuscript with 6 pages.
Only 10,000 JPY of the publication fee(s) will be deducted from the registration fee.
The publication fee is NOT refundable for any reasons.
This means followings:
If you submit one paper with 4 pages or less, we require you to pay the publication fee of 10,000 Japanese Yen, and at the time of registration, you are required to pay the registration fee of 60,000 JPY if you are a member of IEEJ, IEEE, CIGRE, CES, KIEE, KIEEME, IEEDJ or IEIEJ, 70,000 of JPY if you are not a member of IEEJ, IEEE, CIGRE, CES, KIEE, KIEEME, IEEDJ or IEIEJ, 10,000 JPY if you are a student registrant.
If you submit one paper with 6 pages, we require you to pay the publication fee of 30,000 Japanese Yen, and at the time of registration, you are required to pay the registration fee of 60,000 JPY if you are a member of IEEJ, IEEE, CIGRE, CES, KIEE, KIEEME, IEEDJ or IEIEJ, 70,000 of JPY if you are not a member of IEEJ, IEEE, CIGRE, CES, KIEE, KIEEME, IEEDJ or IEIEJ, 10,000 JPY if you are a student registrant.
If you submit two papers both of which has 4 pages or less, we require you to pay the publication fee of 20,000 Japanese Yen, and at the time of registration, you are required to pay the registration fee of 60,000 JPY if you are a member of IEEJ, IEEE, CIGRE, CES, KIEE, KIEEME, IEEDJ or IEIEJ, 70,000 of JPY if you are not a member of IEEJ, IEEE, CIGRE, CES, KIEE, KIEEME, IEEDJ or IEIEJ, 10,000 JPY if you are a student registrant.
If you submit three papers all of which has 4 pages or less, we require you to pay the publication fee of 30,000 Japanese Yen, and at the time of registration, you are required to pay the registration fee of 60,000 JPY if you are a member of IEEJ, IEEE, CIGRE, CES, KIEE, KIEEME, IEEDJ or IEIEJ, 70,000 of JPY if you are not a member of IEEJ, IEEE, CIGRE, CES, KIEE, KIEEME, IEEDJ or IEIEJ, 10,000 JPY if you are a student registrant.
Note: Publication fee payment has to be consulted with the conference secretariat.
