	Attendee who is not a member of institute mentioned above and who is not a student: 80,000 JPY

	Paper fee (Publication fee):10,000 JPY
	All the corresponding authors who submit their full-paper(s) are required to pay 10,000 JPY per one paper as the publication fee at the time of paper submission. One publication fee is to be deducted from the conference fee, because CMD2010 is a participatory conference. For example, a member of a designated institute who is a corresponding author and paid the publication fee should pay 60,000 JPY at the time of registration.
	Banquet fee:10,000 JPY(Only applicable for the accompanying persons who is 6 years and more.)
Other fees except above mentioned	Transfer charge of bank transfer shall be paid by the registrant.
Method of services transfer	Services will be transferred as a set of proceedings, a CD-ROM, a Banquet ticket, etc. and other services at the conference.
Due date of service transfer	At the conference (Sep. 6, 2010 - Sep. 11, 2010)
Issue of receipt	Receipt is issued at the registration desk.
Cancel policy	Cancel of paper submission shall be done until the end of June by e-mail, and paid publication fee is refunded. After the end of June, cancel of paper submission is not accepted.
	Cancel of registration fee and banquet fee shall be done until the end of July by e-mail, and paid publication fee and banquet fee is refunded. After the end of July, cancel of registration fee and banquet fee is not accepted.
Reservation policy of personal information	We, the organizing committee of CMD2010, strictly handles the personal information of attendees, corresponding authors, etc. These information shall not be supplied to the third party unless in case laws are required, in case our rights and assets shall be reserved, in case the attendance list is prepared, and in case similar kind of other international conference is announced. Here, in case the attendance list is prepared, and in case similar kind of other international conference is announced, only a set of name, affiliation and e-mail is supplied, if an attendee or a corresponding author declares to the conference secretary to refuse to use their information.
